Disability Law Experts Applaud Newar Law’s Precedent-Setting Victory In ADA Service Dog Case
As we discussed in our 5/27/25 blog below, the Fifth Circuit recently ruled that Aldine ISD may have violated the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and Texas’ disability discrimination law by unnecessarily delaying approval of our client, Alisha Strife’s, request to work with her service dog as a reasonable accommodation of her disabilities.
